The blue color of the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra shows through and doesn’t really look blue

Pale colorways are nothing new in the mobile world, but Samsung looks ready to take paleness to a whole new level with the upcoming Galaxy S25 Ultra. Today the device’s “blue” colorway leaked to the X, and as you can see in the post embedded below, it doesn’t look exactly blue.

Sure, you could argue that it’s gray with a slight hint of blue, and the iPhone 15 might agree since it previously had the palest blue ever. But that’s not what most people expect to see when they hear the word “blue.”

This makes us think that many of the S25 Ultra’s colors will be extremely muted, which could very well work for its buyers. Let us know what you think in the comments: Is it worthy of being called “blue”?

The Galaxy S25 Ultra is said to go official on January 22, with the release date likely in early February. It will be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset and is expected to have slightly rounded corners unlike its predecessor.
